How to Enable/Disable Appointment Management

The appointment management system allows you to accept bookings for services you've added to your business. To enable or disable this feature.


Enabling the Appointment System

1. Go to "Settings" in the Navigation Menu. Alternatively, you can click "Appointments" in the save menu

2. Select/Enable the "Enable Appointment Management" checkbox and click on "Save Changes"

3. The system is enabled and you are presented with the options to configure it

Required to Accept Booking

- Customers can only book appointments once you've added your services and pricing.

- You must specify your working days and hours in the "Manage Team" section

Disabling the Appointment System

1. Go to "Settings" in the Navigation Menu

2. Uncheck the "Enable Appointment System" checkbox and click "Save Changes"

3. The Appointment System is now disabled.
NOTE: The previous and pending appointments are not deleted. You must notify customers if you no longer intend to fulfil those bookings.
